It's an interesting exchange here, and I can't help but think that once again Pierre is trying to answer questions posed on this forum, to try and justify his actions.
A character called "Bobby" who may or may not be Woodman himself asks if a model who wants her "scene" to be taken down has to give the agreed money back. From what I've been told from models and producers that I've spoken to, the model knows BEFORE she even turns up exactly what is expected of her. She then signs the release BEFORE the scene in full knowledge of what she is going to do.

However, if you are unscrupulous you can hide sentences like "For the female performers This includes the possibility of a sexual intercourse with PIERRE WOODMAN or any other performer just after the casting, or any other day which could have been video recorded or not by PIERRE WOODMAN".
I wonder how many models whose English wasn't that good would have fully understood that very "open-ended" sentence buried deep down in their contracts???
That sentence would give an unscrupulous producer a green light to then VERBALLY tell a model that the performing of a "special system" (and whatever else) will NOT be on video while still being protected by that contract.
(It would also be a good way to blackmail somebody as well if you think about it, I'm not saying that Woodman would do this I certainly hope he wouldn't be that weak, but the opportunity is there.)

Practical example, if he sees that a model is doing a scene for analvids and he knows that it will be released before him... then when he is interested in coming first he doesn't waste a moment and releases it right away (when there was still competition, now practically he book only models who have already done AV)
When he wants he make updates in lightning time
If he doesn't do it is because he does NOT want to do it, members can ask for as long as they want, he don't care.

Another example: here user @Panorama made a list of the casting that he thinks he would never release.

In actual fact Blue, I came out looking bad with that particular list because I was led on by someone who I believed said she never had sex with Woodman. Either she lied to me, or it wasn't her in the first place. That's why I'm far more cautious about believing what I'm told.
But yes, that list made Woodman look even more stupid than me because again through his own blind immaturity he had to prove he had the casting by publishing every casting I listed. This was long before he tried to discredit Eva Berger by showing his faithful that he uses apple-flavoured Tropicana instead of real urine!!!
Both times he let down those who have spent thousands on his site either waiting for updates that never come or members who believed his castings were real. At least for me, I learned a lesson and on the flipside, got members castings they probably wouldn't have EVER seen.
